Pars Mediterranean Restaurant

Thanks subway for being out. I decided to try the wrap at subway and after being skipped twice while I wait for the "flat bread" to be defrosted(blah it looks like compressed fiberboarb) and being out of guacamole I walked out. Then I remembered Pars, yes let's go authentic. I was so glad after getting my gyro! Freshly carved and grilled, the pita so fresh and soft and the topping was creamy and herbal. And about the same price as subway. I hadn't been here for a while and there was a sign "new management",still great. However, the menu is a little smaller and no longer have fresh brewed tea.

I just went recently. I hadn't been here for years, not since they used to be a grocery store too. I was very surprised by the quality of the food I got. I got a plate that included chicken kabob, ground beef kabob and gyro meet with rice, and honestly it was amazing, all of it.

Really enjoyed the food at Pars, it's fresh and so tasty. Would recommend the gyro wrap and the greek salad. Also don't leave without getting one of the yogurt drinks mmmmm delicious meal.

Gyro was great - fresh pita, fresh salad, plenty of tatziki, and the meat was grilled off on the hot top so there were crispy edges surrounding hot juicy lamb. Dolmas were only so-so (canned, as admitted by the guy on the cash box) and beverages are canned or bottled only. The place was clean, tables were set with place mats and actual cutlery as well as fresh flowers. I'm only giving it a 4 because of the dolmas.

The best kabob, but could do the rice better. Excellent service
