The worst place to get passport or prints services !! I extremely do not recommend this place!!! The personal never ask the phone and emails. Unprofessional service they never work. I just wonder why are they on a google if they don’t work any hours.

This place is a joke! They are still allowing people to book appointments without contacting you and telling you they do not have a physical location. There is no point on contact from the time you book up until your appointment. I drove 30 minutes to a place they have listed with the booking and there was nothing! I calles the number listed and the guy insisted I call back and talk to Howard. What kind of honest business allows you to still book appointments and send reminders for appointments they are not keeping! Waste of Gas and Time!

Very unprofessional organization. I paid for service on January 8th, 2020 and yet to receive the service I paid for. I reached out to Mr. Howard and he claimed he completed the ID badge I paid for and he will send it via postal service. I still have not received the product I paid for. I emailed him a letter of complaint and requesting the product be delivered no later than Friday, March 13th and as of Monday, March 16th I still have not received the product I paid for. He also failed to contact me regarding the letter of complaint. My letter of complaint is below: “ Attention: Mr. Howard Huffstutler Please regard this as a formal letter of complaint regarding my dissatisfaction in your organization and their unprofessional business practice that I have been experiencing since Wednesday, January 8th, 2020. I communicated with you on several occasions and you assured me that the work has been completed and the item will be sent in the mail. All promises are yet to be fulfilled. On Tuesday, March 3rd, I spoke to you and expressed my frustration. You informed me the item will be shipped the same day and should be delivered by Thursday, March 5th, 2020. As of Wednesday, March 11th, 2020 at 10:48 pm I am yet to receive the ID badge that I paid for. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I am requesting the delivery of my ID badge no later than Friday, March 13th, 2020. Failure to deliver on the date specified will result in the filing of a formal Letter of Complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies including the Better Business Bureau.” Very unprofessional and unacceptable service for someone who claimed they have been in business for over 40 years.

The person who took my fingerprint was very professional, polite, and considerate. He took all the measures to protect the health and safety of the customers during the pandemic. Highly recommend.

Mr. Howard was an absolute delight and I can't recommend him enough. Very safe, professional, and accepting, and SO sweet and friendly!
