Hit or miss with this place. Some are friendly some aren't. Especially the Fem Black Guy! Very rude!! They all need training in Data Privacy Handling, as a consumer data protection specialist...this place is careless in their handling. The people you talk to on the phone give you different info once you show up

Fast friendly Service. Have your appointment set and allow enough time to go through the security screening before entering the building.

In my experience the security guy hands you a piece of paper letting you know where to go to schedule your appointment. If you don't have one they will not let you in.

I went with my son last year the lady helped me very good i reality felt comfortable being there very efficient sadly Deparment Of State ask me to correct paper work for my Son but here i had a very nice Expierence!:.

Slowest agency where people do not want to work due to Covid-19 excuse. Shame on you guys for giving public such a hard time for passport processing, Federal government must take action on this agency of lazy employees instead of giving them free salary for sitting in home.

Wonderful staff and a very nice facility. The security guards all seem like good guys too. Triple check the documents you need before coming and this group can work magic.
