Rush My Passport

Never heard of a Government fee of $180 then a company fee and a passport fee. With all these fees I sure would be lining their pockets. The woman I spoke to sounded a lil slow and was getting agitated with me from asking questions. Red Flag. I wouldn't do no type of business with this company or these people. Beware.

I’m only giving one star cause I have to!!! This company is horrible! I submitted my information over 2 months ago and still haven’t heard nothing despite paying all the extra money to have my passport expedited. I will be reporting them! Completely fraudulent!!!

After a terrible experience I cancelled order request. Received confirmation that refund approved on 9/26 and was told would take 21 - 25 business days to receive my money back. On 11/1 I still had not received refund. When called, I was told the accountant is out and it will be several more weeks before I receive..... wow.
