I just don't understand I've been going in that store for five years recommending them to everyone I know shops and personal . I bought an Exide battery extreme with the 40 month replacement warrantee around February or March of this year !! I went in the other day and spoke to KEVIN the store manager and brought my defective battery with me that would no longer hold a charge . There was nothing wrong with my car charging system as it was putting up 14 A However I did not save the receipt as I normally do not save any receipts from anywhere !! It's funny because I was just in there the day before and bought brakes rotors heater fan headlamps Exc !! It's not like I'm not a regular customer !! So after they would not exchange my warranty battery that was six months old I went to a shop in fishscale where they didn't even know me where I've never been before . Anyway they happily exchange my warranty battery with no problems no questions asked after I told the guy what happened at Parts Authority . I called Parts Authority to let KEVIN know that a store that didn't even know me and exchange my battery with no problem and he said well that's all policy sorry Guess what that'll be my last phone call or a trip ever to the Parts Authority Smh this is definitely not a good customer review and definitely dissatisfied Ed cullen 9174402711
