Party City

Convenient place in the city to grab party supplies. Often times, lines can get incredibly long. Customer service was fine, store was clean, and prices were good.

Don’t come to this store on Saturday’! You will stay in the line for more than one hour, No Cashiers, Terrible service. Yes, here you will find everything for your party no doubt.

Atlantic Ave location is better!!! or go to W8th st party store!!! for this location to be the prime of retail traffic, the customer service is terrible, they do not answer phones for pre-ordered items and it is frustrating! We are familiar with multiple company accounts Party City does business with and we will be asking them to change place of party business! Been trying all day to call this location!!!

Only 2 cashiers open at 11.30 in Saturday with almost 10 families waiting but overall it's a nice place with helpful staff.

If You have Any questions Regarding anything in the Store, do not Call. They will Not Answer. I needed information on Customized Banners for a Graduation, Called for 55 Mins straight, not One person Answered. Throw The Entire Phone system Away !
