Party City

Best place in town to get all your party needs. From napkins to decorations to doggy bags they have it all. Including thousands of costumes for Halloween. They also sell candy and balloons. You can find some items cheaper at other stores, but it's quite convenient to have it all in one place rather than running around all over town.

Lack of enthusiasm & willing to help customers. It seems as of they were concerned with personal conversation/themselves rather than the line of customers right in front of them. Only a couple employees there seemed to care a little about their job.

Over cumulative visits, this location continues a poor satisfaction. What's unfortunate is Party City is on of the best for its merchandise and selections, but the lackluster customer service with each visit really overshadows that. If you N kw exactly what you're looking for, you'll be fine. You will, however become an instant nuisance for asking help. This location is almost always entirely understaffed. You best travel to the west side Party City for a much better experience.

Stores like this have a lot of things to pick from but I always walk out feeling like I've been cheated when it comes to the prices. I find that as long as I have the time, I can find a better variety (or the same exact items) online and have them shipped to my house and spend less than if I walk in the doors of the store on site.
