Not enough staff and there were no signs directing you were to go for pick up in store items that were ordered online. Selection in Moline was Meh.

Packed with fun stuff. Lots of good deals. But lots of way overpriced items as well buyers beware. Take your phones to google prices.

This store has everything you need for a party. Sadly you have to find the supplies on your own because the store is always short on help.

Merchandise at Party City is way more expensive than getting your party supplies at Wal-Mart or the dollar store, however, what I do like about party city is the selection. My daughter wanted a very specific movie theme for her party and they were literally the only brick and mortar store I could go to and just pick stuff up for that. So thank you! Also, for Halloween costumes they really are decently priced and just ordering online is so much easier than trying to piece together a costume for my kid that may change their mind several times anyway lol.
