I LOVE Party City for balloons. Here is my best advice. If you are getting regular balloons with helium, pay the extra cost to get "high float" put in them. They last so much longer. Also, buying a balloon bag for $1 is well worth the money. It makes transporting the balloons a million times easier.

I found the selection at this store to be good. I was impressed with the color variety for every occasion. I was also pleasantly surprised by how well organized the store was. The prices are ok. I imagine you can get decorations cheaper online. There higher price is basically a convenience charge in my eyes, in which it was worth it to me the last time I shipped here.
