They usually have the products I am looking for or something that will match with it. the store is usually understaffed so you have to wait a long time. usually it is worth the wait for what you need.

Shopping for my daughters and granddaughters birthday party and the staff was very helpful and if I could change anything that he lower prices of course

Pretty good for the most part. Not always well stocked but employees are helpful.

I always come in there last minute and they happily service me without attitude. Rarely do they run out of the balloon I select, maybe like 1 out of 3 times.

Walked in and starting picking out some birthday balloons. 4 different balloons were not available. Took 30 mins maybe more of them trying to find the balloons I had picked. Finally after 45 minutes I left the store with 3 balloons. I wont ever buy balloons here again. 1 of the balloons was very poorly thrown together ( it had pieces that wrapped around and on top). 3 employees said (with me standing rite next to them) they were not gonna try to make this 1 balloon look good cause they never put it together and werent about to try and figure it out. Then a woman comes up front from the back and sloppily puts it together. Also the 1 guy there farted behind the counter and the 2 girls quickly walked away laughing saying it was nasty. I get it your making $8 an hour but show a little respect for yourself and your customers. I wont be back!
