Party City

This specific Party City is amazing! I ordered balloons for my best friends baby shower online, but for store pickup. The manager, who I believe is Adriana, was so wonderful. We may have played phone tag for a little, but she was great at figuring out my order. She definitely made my experience of ordering from here the first time terrific and I wouldn't have it any other way. Any adjustments you need done to or questions you have can be taken care of. Staff are really nice. helpful and friendly with me and my toddlers. Nice party store, they do run out of few items, it shows how popular that store is! You can get more varieties online. The customers there are nice too!

Employees need more training or better processes need to be in place because every time I go into a Party City they seem confused, disorganized, and they don't properly explain policies. I have placed 3 online orders and have had issues every time (missing items, can't find the order, etc

Friendly staff. Helpful. Selections are unique but somewhat limited. Some items are too over priced for it type and quantity.
