Party City

The staff works hard but they need more help. Because of people needing lots of balloons for parties one person was totally busy, so the one other employee was trying to keep up with check out. We waited a long time to pay for our purchase.

They have nice holiday decor for good prices. I go there to see what I can use for my wreaths.

Good place. Tons of options. The only thing that bugs me is that their cashier's ask for all types of information like email and phone numbers... Like everywhere else, Ugh.. annoying. I don't shop here often enough to have to justify giving that information. The store is good though. Nice and clean and helpful staff.

Great place to find all types of party needs, even things you didn't know you needed! My one complaint is that only managers can do returns, so if I change my mind about something or end up not needing it, I find myself standing around a long time before getting my refund. There can be three other people working but if you have a return they can't help you. Kind of annoying. Great supplies, though.

Bought a life size ninja turtle balloon for my son’s 5th birthday party and it was beautiful!!! The girls were so patient (I had like 30 balloons total for them to do!!!) and helpful!!! 💋
