Party City

Went there to buy party supplies for my 5 yr old son. We were specifically looking for Thomas the Train theme decorations and found plenty. We went in the middle of the week and in the morning time so it wasn't busy and no wait for blowing the balloons. Very happy with the service too.

This Party Store has a great Selection of anything and everything you will need for any "theme" celebration. I like that it offers seasonal party decorations (for example, Fat Tuesday/Mardi Gars, Easter, Valentine's, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas, etc.). The store is very well organized, huge and clean. The price-point is also fair (although the plates and napkins are a bit on the pricey side). I went here to purchase some Easter decorations. I am giving this Party City 4-stars, because it has a great selection of merchandise, coupled with, being well organized and clean. I also went here several days before Valentine's Day. On Feb. 21, 2017, I was ready to check out and pay for my merchandise, but had to search for an Associate. I was surprised there was no Associate at the front of the store (cash register). After several minutes, of searching for an Associate, someone finally showed up. The Associate was polite, which I appreciated. However, I was taken aback that she did not apologize for letting customers wait. Customer service could definitely be improved. The store is located, in the upper level, next door to Marshall's and several feet left of Lowe's.
