We went for a Halloween costume it was busy and so the staff was cranky, understandably so. Most customer's are rude. But in the end we got what we wanted and the options for accessories were endless. I give 5 stars bcuz the stores SET UP was genius so that we could navigate ourselves easily. Halloween is rough fit party city staff, so, CUSTOMERS be nicer !!

walked in and brought in over a 100 unflated balloons bought from somewhere else. and they we're all very accomodating and got everyone they had working that day to come help. thanks so much!

The staff is racist ..they did not even help me to looking for what I want...i asked for nautical theme ...they told me they don't have it (I have a french accent) so I show a pics to the manager and she said you can look by yourself for 1st birthday ale..so I looked everywhere and then found it. When I told her I found it she spoke to me very disrespectful. .never go back there ..1st and last time!!! So upset know
