One worker. Line was insane. Prices marked were not prices given. Sales up and refused to give the prices. Felt sorry for the poor girl working alone. But will go back to the other location where they are helpful and staffed

I'm walking out with my $10 balloon. It tears. I go back, they gladly exchange it. I get home the same exact number tears again. For a $10 balloon. I'm so upset. I called and they didn't answer.

Unprofessional, cheep quality of items but worst of all is the customer service, drive out of your way and go elsewhere, you won't be disappointed. If you do go here out of desperation be sure to go no later than 15 min before they close or they will tell you their closed while locking the door. When you remind them that there is still time because their closing time is made up, expect to get a smart response back. You also will not be helped at this store they would rather turn a customer away while they laugh at you.

Am giving 1 star because i found it so disrespectful that the employee there was just spying on my daughters and i like if we would ever be capable of ever stealing i understand your doing your job or what not but still it was very disrespectful and then when i was waiting in line to pay for the items i had in the shopping basket all the customers he was charging immediately he would put their items in a bag and when I got to the cash register he rang up all my items and waited to see if my card would go through and then once it was approved he said okay and proceeded to put my items in a bag and I was the only one he did that to like yeah am going to go to a store with no money in my debit card my husband himself makes more than enough money(I myself work too a part time) than that employee himself makes for me to go waste my time in stealing or making a scene pretending to buy something and not having any money to purchase it's just ridiculous how some employees treat others different but remember if it wasn't for customers like myself or any other customer you sir would be with no job so remember to be kind to one another treat others how you would want to be treated

Had a great experience with Liz & Anthony while I was trying to plan a fun & wild bachelorette. They were great in directing me where everything was & handled my big balloon order with such ease. I had lots of questions and asked for their opinions on multiple things and they never got annoyed with me or snippy...that is so hard to find in young workers these days. I will definitely be coming back to get all my future party decorations/balloons at this location. Thank you for your patience and kindness!
