I had a bad experience shopping today at this store. I brought $216.00 worth of birthday supplies and when I checked out with cashier she didn't give me all my bags causing me to return back to the store and pay for a cab twice and I don't live in this area causing my fare to be very expensive. I talked with the manager to tell him the cashier held bags behind the counter and didn't let me know that I had a bag left all he said was the only thing he can do is give me 10% off my next purchase. Never going back to that location it was the cashiers fault for not giving me all my bags.

Have noticed that when I come to the Cal City store on Torrence(450 River Oaks Drive) that I end up being overcharged!!! Last night I purchased 3 cards and a gift bag, the bag was clearly marked $1.49- I was charged $1.99, the cards were charged similarly the most expensive card was $4.69- charged $3.99.....common occurrence when I asked were they subtracting 10%, as usual the Sales Assoicate got smart..... Called no answering service available will be going back and if U DON T want to charge correctly, move and let the person that will DO ALL THE RINGING, OVERRINGING IS JUST AS BAD AS UNDERRINGING.

I'm sorry they didn't carry the items I was looking for, however, the manager and staff were accommodating and offered to help me with the online website! He was really nice and went out and above to look for the supplies I needed for my classroom
