Party City

There was only one person at the counter for the first 15 min I was there. It was a Friday at 3 pm. An employee was in the men's restroom for those 10 minutes. Me and a young family were trying to use the facilities. When I got in line I said you must be the one who was in the bathroom for ten minutes. He said..if people went banging on the door every 2 min I would've been out already...in a rude manner. The manager promptly told him that there were complaints about him taking too long.

I love how the have a verity of ideas and time of the year. My daughter needed pink body grease for a costume. And they had it.

The store is very dirty and the customer service is sub-par. I really don't like going in here unless absolutely necessary or if a friend needs me to go in with them. It's a great place for cheap party ware but so is Amazon.

Placed an order over the phone a few days before Halloween and was able to walk in, bypass the long lines and pick up! Staff is friendly and very helpful!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They’re the reason why my balloon flew away and didn’t help.
