Great store, always has what you need; the workers are sometimes a little distant and it requires the manager or Google to get the question answered; but other than that, great store

Called in to order some balloons for pick up and was charged $1.99 each while they sell it at the store for c89 each. Then I asked the lady at the counter if it's possible to just use the amount they took on my card. She didn't know if it's possible so she asked the other girl at the other counter and she laughed so hard about it. It wasn't right to act like that towards the customers. Obviously she didn't know how to answer it. So she (the girl I originally asked) called in someonelse that is knowledgeable enough to answer customers questions. This place is nice most of the time but the black girl that was mean makes the store not friendly.

I used to like going to this store up until recently. My daughters phone was "lost/stolen" at this store yesterday. She took her iPhone in the store, placed it on one of the one of the stands while looking at the stuff there. It was closing time so we took the merchandise to counter to pay and as soon as she gets in car she realizes she left it in the store. We have tracking app installed on the phone. We tracked it right back to the store location. Went back in and it was no longer sitting on the spot she left it. There were no other customers in the store because they had just closed. Went back to car and tracked the phone once again to the store. They had closed already so we could not get back in. Then who ever has the phone turned the device off completely. There were only 3 young female employees in the store and we are positive someone in there found it and decided to keep if for themselves. The iPhone didn't just disappeared on its own and there were no other customers left in the store. My daughter was there no more than 5 minutes! How sad that people have that type of mentality. Stealing is just wrong people, at least that's how I was brought up and raising my children to know that. Work to pay for your own things, don't rely on taking things that don't belong to you. But I'm sure you have no shame in stealing and it's probably something you have done and will always do.

Hard to find standard things with several areas of color grouped items, then seasonal together. Give yourself enough time..register always a wait and staff and free ti help

The Cashier didn't ask me what my email address was, I had to remind her. But in general everything else was good.
