Easy to order online. Communication was great. Order was ready the next day. The front counter staff/cashier, however, needs improvement on her customer service skill. Overall, the whole experience was good.

Clean store, good flow. Shelves stocked & organized. We went there for Halloween costumes & they had a good variety. The area isn't the greatest part of lv that's why I reduced 1 Star.

This store is great. You can find anything Patty related here. I had to wait a long time to get some inflated balloons tho, because the cashier is the same person who take care of put the air in the balloons.

I spoke to a person over the phone during October. This person told me i could return a Halloween costume that didnt fit my little brother. I got to the store and they only do exchanges. The worker that i talked to in person was really rude. Don't go to this party city

I was looking for costumes, but they only sell a few costumes, not much variety to choose from, there are only like less than 10 different costumes. But the price is decent and the staff are nice.

A little low on Baby Shark decorations, but we made it work. Our Grandson's 1st Birthday. Thank you.

Great store to find many different items to celebrate any special event

Purse got snatched out of my shopping cart while I was bending down to pick out some balloons. There were less than 10 people in the entire store and it happened in less than a minute. Cart was even parked right next to the central cash register where 3 employees were standing! Staff was useless and cameras didn’t cover the area. I lost my wallet, house keys, and car keys and no one even helped me look for it. All they said was they aren’t liable. The most ghetto shopping experience I’ve ever had.
