At first the staff was friendly. I thought I found a reputable and responsible place. Ordering balloons and chair for my event was easy. But the pick up on the day of my event was problematic. First they had problems with blowing up the balloons, they were damaged. Then the chair I requested was also damaged. Ofcourse they didn't tell me that but I looked over the chair and noticed the damage. The saleslady told me that they had another one that wasn't damaged but someone else has it. So why give another paying customer a damaged item? Michelle L.

The best of the best. I can't live without you guys, you are the best. I have 2 kids and you have done: my wedding, my 2 baby showers, all my kids birthday decorations. Thank you for reading my mind. All i do is to say what i dream of and you guys always make it true. Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday and guest what? I am sitting relax because i know you will take care of the details. They make everything for me, decorations, souveniers, ballons, all need it. Where do i live? In the bronx and yes, i go queens to get the service i want it! My brother lives in new jersey and also go to queens to get the best service. Thank you for showing what a team work is!!

The people working here were super helpful and gave us a great deal on some balloons that we needed for a celebration of life event.
