Great staff, always willing to help. Always good selection of seasonal merchandise. Surprising very well organized and clean.

This is one of the best Party City locations I've visited. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is neat/organized and they usually have whatever you need for a gathering if any kind. It gets busy during the holidays so go early to avoid lines.

Cashier and manager didn't honor price I was given online for my pick up order, and has nerve to say "it's tax". Completely uncomfortable knowing the level of incompetence with the way my transaction was handled, not just by the manager, but the initial person as well, the cashier, who either didn't want to make her manager look wrong, or was on the "manager's" same level of thinking. It's great I am 11 years old and for my second time going it was amazing because you can get 15 candies for a $1 and there is no damages
