Was sent here to try out due to FLW Hospital being full. Front desk staff are ok but the nurse and "counselor" are awful! Nurse tried taking my blood from my knuckle.. went home with a swollen purple hand. The "doctor" that you speak to through a camera doesn't care what you have to say. He will give you whatever to get you out the door. First time seeing him he did not even care to get to know me. Went straight to giving me medication without asking exactly what my problem is. Can never get through to get prescription refilled. It's always a mess. Will not return!!
