Asked for a free estimate. Tom showed up as scheduled, but instead of trying to accommodate my needs he told me what he couldn't do (basically nothing). I felt that he was treating me like an annoying bug or an idiot.

Dont trust these fake reviews. They just finished my driveway. very professional. work started ontime and finished ontime. every step is clearly outlined and Susy communicated with us before each step. They took care of our property with care and did an excellent clean up after each step. These guys are not cheap and wont look cheap. once done, all my neighbors are praising the driveway

These Guys were the absolute most arrogant people I had ever dealt with. They want to do the minimum amount of work and don't want to fix anything they did wrong. would not recommend them for anyone.

Great and professional job - they start with drawings (no one else does that); so you know what you are getting. Professional and large team comes out and does the job within a day. Quality of materials is good no wonder the 5 year warranty. My neighbors who went with cheaper imitations had their concrete crack within 16 months and the contractors absconded. You get what you pay for - these guys were 60% more expensive but the job lasted.

Had a patio, walkway and driveway curbs put in by PC this year, and was by far one of the most professional companies that I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
We did our due diligence and received quotes from a number of companies, and yes, we could have had it done for less, but it truly is a you get what you pay for - wouldn't have a 5 year warranty, some companies weren't planning on even doing a compacted base (let alone rebar), others were just going to use fiber reinforced concrete.
Everyone that I dealt with there was great, From Servio, Josef and Suzi at the office to Vlad the carpenter who did the framing, and right on to the army of guys that showed up at 7:00 on Saturday morning to do the pouring and to the guys that came to do the cutting, polishing, power washing and the sealing (unfortunately I didn't get all of their names)
What we received was pretty much exactly what I signed off on the plans, (which we were able to change the things that we didn't like before we signed off on, so if you review the plans, but don't bother to look at things like where things are going to go and sign off on the plans, you have nobody to blame except yourself).
There were a few minor changes that we made on the fly, nothing substantial, an extra step here and there as compensation for grading, redirecting a drain to make the entrance stairs look even better and other minor things which came up during the process. All of those changes were discussed in full with me for my approval before they were made.
The colour and pattern are what we agreed to, and matches the big 8 or 10 foot square actual samples that are on display outside at head office that you look at and pick from (you are not selecting the colour or the pattern from a 2 dimensional picture out of a catalogue or from a small chip, you are choosing from a large, real life 3 dimensional piece of finished concrete that are outside when you pick your pattern and colours, so, if you pick a colour or a pattern that you don't like - again, there's nobody to blame except yourself)
Post care and cleanup was also more than I expected, after the cut the expansion lines, and polished the whole thing (including hand polishing the edges), they spent several hours pressure washing absolutely everything, not just the patio and walkway, but also the sides of the house, the driveway and all of the windows (which was pretty much expected), but also the lawn and the road, even so far as to pressure wash the INSIDE of my air conditioner and even the trees on the front yard.
All in total, we had about 1000 square feet poured, and have increased the curb appeal of the house many times over. We've received quite literally dozens of compliments on it, one of my neighbours mentioned that people have stopped their cars and gotten out to take pictures of the house.
Will have to see how it winters, but they've done a fair amount of work in our neighbourhood, many of those years before we moved in and I don't see any weathering or wear on those when I went by.
