Had basic concrete patio and stairs installed. Quality work. Showed up when they said. And cost what they said. Can be a little hard to get hold of by phone though.

Initially a well done project. We had some follow up service requests and have been unable to get anyone to call us back. Email, phone, online form - nothing works.

While their initial work was reasonable their response to problems after a couple of years leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend them. This is a follow-up to my earlier review above. Apparently there was a communication problem with the relatively new office staff and the situation I was trying to deal with has now been resolved. To repeat I was happy with their initial work in 2009 and again in 2012 but I would humbly suggest that if you need any follow-up try to speak directly with the repair person who currently is Eugene. This is a company that has been around for awhile and I would recommend them

Hey....thanks for not using any dust supression and covering the whole neighbourhood in concrete dust when scoring a driveway. If you want these guys to start work on your place at 6 pm and go until 9pm...and have all your neighbours hate you...go for it
