I would not recommend this company. I have used others that are more knowledgeable, and able to communicate progress. Had to have them come back because lack of attention to detail. Overall poor workmanship, and poor employee training.

We were just by one of their trucks on 60 hwy and the guy had his face in his phone the whole time. Very dangerous. Even when I took the pic he never looked up.

Where to start, Jason Masten set an apt to come out and let us know what was going to be involved with the restoration. He sent the estimate to our insurance company and they issued the check to Paul Davis Restoration. 2-3 weeks went by no word from them. When Jason showed up originally we told him we had a tile guy picked out that could do the tile, electrical and everything else but the cabinet and granite. He told us that's fine we can do that, called after waiting the weeks to see when they were going to start the project. Jason replied that his role guy could come in on a Monday said we have our tile guy he is waiting for the funds to go buy the items required for the job. Jason started that he couldn't do that he wanted his guy to do the job. Said okay when can he start? The day changed from Monday to maybe Wednesday he could be there, then to the next week. At that point my wife was a little frustrated with the back and forth of the answers and said at this point if I can have a kitchen by January that would be great. Jason said he couldn't work to our standards and was not going to do the job. We asked him if he would endorse the check that our insurance company sent so we could get the project finished, yes he coild do that but would take a percentage of the funds for a service fee of signing the check. That didn't happen, our insurance company has been trying to get the guy on the phine for 2 weeks so we can have a 3 way call and figure this out. Jason is refusing to answer any calls from us or messages, Jeff the general manager is refusing to return any calls to us as well. Every time I contact the office I am told that he is in meetings or at a conference and he will call us back when he is available. Their customer service is absolute garbage and the way they treat disabled service members is complete garbage. I did not want to resort to this I was hoping we could come to a resolution but this is the final straw that broke the camels back. So please heed this warning: if you are needing any kind of restoration work done for your home or business look else where as this company is money hungry and not concerned about you or the fact that their employees lie and try to steal from you and your insurance company.

We have referred Paul Davis to may of our customers. From water damage to fires, they are always fast to respond and help were ever there is a need. After having some one close go through a fire and using another company it is amazing the difference and higher standard that Paul Davis has. I hope I never have a disaster but this is who my first call will be if I do.
