SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin

I had a Furnace fire back on January 2, 2018. We had hired Servpro to come out and clean up our house (walls floors, cabinets, etc.) so the construction company could come in and paint and do the rest of the work. They did a wonderful job on the cleaning of the house and all the furniture as well. When we walked in when Servpro was done with their part it smelled so much better then what did before hand. They communicated through out the whole process did a walk through before starting and then a final walk through when they was done. They are such wonderful people and I would recommend then to anyone. I will definitely use them again.

Servpro was excellent! They did great work and were so friendly! I highly recommend them!

The work that was done at my house was great, dealing with the office, was not. They didn't return my calls, and I was promised reimbursement/replacement of a piece of furniture that was damaged during the restoration process, which has not happened.
