Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of the Red River Valley

I called Paul Davis Restoration last week to have them come out to my property to get an estimate done on my deck. I gave them all the information they needed in the beginning but they still called me two more times after that to ask me to give them the same information, all calls being on the same day. (No big deal, human error) they soon called me and told me that someone was coming out to my property to look at my deck and that I would be getting a call back once that was completed. I called later in the day, around 5:30, when the after hours lady answered the phone. I had a couple questions but the lady was very rude and could not help me at all with some of the simplest questions. I called back the next day to see if someone had an estimate for me like they said they would. Lori answered the phone and said that she will call me back after getting ahold of someone. It has now been over a week since I spoke to Lori and have not gotten a call back or an estimate. We are very disappointed with this company since it was highly recommended by our realtor. I do not recommend using Paul Davis Restoration.
