As an Adjuster who has a 10 state coverage area, this job was logistically hard for me to visit frequently. Chad and his crew immediately stepped up and took control of the project. What could have been an absolutely horrific loss was properly mitigated. His communication with me was second to none. The work performed by his crew was outstanding. I cannot say enough about this particular branch and the way they handle this job. I sincerely appreciate all of the efforts!

I highly recommend Steamatic. I sold real estate in Grand Forks for 30 years. I have used their services on many occasions for different purposes and recommended them to clients numerous times. It was always a good experience. Most recently they cleaned the ductwork and vents in my home. They are always prompt, courteous, efficient and respectful of your property. I give them 5-Stars!!

I ended up being a co-representative of an estate to which the original owners were heavy smokers. The entire house was discolored and infiltrated with nicotine. I placed a call to Steamatic and they had a rep out that afternoon. He showed me an example of what they could do and was amazed. I had a quote within a couple of days and it was all a go. However, we sold the house before Steamatic could do the work. Even though the work wasn't done I was very impressed with their professionalism, prompt service, and courteous attitude. Job well done, well almost. I would still recommend them for a job like this!

We had our air ducts cleaned by Nicolas. He was super friendly and did a efficiant.job. We were very pleased with the service provided. A few days later we had Chad come out for a estimate on water damage to a floor. He was very knowledgeable and we appreciated the information provided Great company and customer service!.

We received an excellent professional opinion on black mold that we thought we had in our basement. They provided resources to help solve our issue. The staff at Steamatic was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We would recommend them to anyone.
