Nice location, the dentist and dental assistant were great. Both were very knowledgeable and customer service focused. The front desk staff were not as customer friendly. Both were quite abrasive and appeared to be solely task focused. For example, I was asked for my insurance upon arrival and my card to pay for a service add on at the end, however there was no ‘please’ or ‘thank you’ upon returning my items. When I said ‘thank you’ upon retrieving my items from the staff, I was met with dead silence and the staff putting their heads down returning to their work. It certainly did not make me want to come back.

I had an appointment set up for a cleaning and 2 cavity fillings and to possibly check on my other cavities and replace them, when I went in they said they didn’t have me down for the cleaning and she told me she didn’t have time to do my 2nd cavity filling which has been out for 3 months now. They were nice and the cavity that they did fill didn’t take long but a waste of time now that I have to go in again and they will probably charge me 2x as much now.

I had an emergency with a tooth that needed to be seen day of. I called in the morning and left a message and they were able to get me in. Staff was accommodating and helpful. The entire process was great and I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr Stone was very professional and personable. I had two chipped teeth which she repaired expeditiously and painlessly. The result was that my teeth are better than the originals.

Brought my mom here for deep cleaning x2…. I don’t understand this new thing that the dentist does not come in to inspect the work or check on the patient after the hygienist is done cleaning. Or at least explain why the dentist is not checking/coming.

Incredibly kind people all around and wonderful care. I love going to the dentist here!

Everyone here was so sweet, professional, and made me feel comfortable even though I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite some time! I really appreciated that because I was very nervous! I want to give a special thank you to the dental hygienist that I saw. She was so sweet and explained to me everything she was doing which meant a lot to me!

I am very pleased with my recent experience at Dr. Baggots office. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Both Dr. Stone and Maizey did a great job explaining my dental procedure as they went along. The office will validate your parking in their recommended lot or you can find metered street parking nearby. I have recommended Dr. Baggots practice to my husband as he is in search of a new dentist.

I just established at this office on water and am so so glad I did. The dentist is definitely not my favorite place, but Dr. Stone was phenomenal. Didn’t feel any judgement for acting like a scared baby. She was very gentle and thorough. The office staff were kind and the office clean and welcoming.
