I love Paul Thomas' chocolate, especially the dark chocolate sea salt caramel. It's has a fun ambience; they sometimes have the train going. Not only can you find chocolates, you can find little gifts (e.g., ornaments, figurines, etc.) and pet treats. So many different truffles and chocolate! Must go when you are in Dahlonega.

Excellent place to get tasty treats on the Dahlonega square. Open a little later than other sweet shops in the area. They have a wonderful gift shop that is usually seasonal and a cool trains that run overhead by the registers.
