Pavilion Recreation Complex

As everyone knows that summer is rolling around and people are applying for summer jobs. Well DO NOT APPLY HERE! I personally applied and got asked for an interview. It was going great when they were showing me around and then it turned disgusting when the interview started. I was put in a group interview, which was no problem, but the head guy ( I believe his name is Ted Dankovitch very unprofessional) started asking me questions and then smiling at the other people and laughing as if it was a joke. This went on for about 20 min. By this point I was already fed up with not being taken seriously and they already turned me off for the job they concluded the interview and I walked out. Then about 2 weeks later the jackass' sent me an Email( didn't even bother to call after I called 4 times just to check on the status) stating that the position was filled a month ago!! I used to love this place but now I NEVER want to go back. Despicable!

Today April 19, 2018- I and mom was first time there. Enjoy watch hockey 🏒 game our Albert stand net. Congratulations👏 team winner point 4. Aw 😵 very cold hockey rink.

Website is difficult to use, it's almost impossible to do something as basic as sign kids up to learn to skate. The instructions are unclear -- you will need to purchase memberships for EACH child in THEIR names-- and then you will need to register FAR before the day (weeks before) the child's class even starts, and no, no one will be able to return your call in a timely manner. Once you get signed up and pay all the extra fees the programs they offer are good-- but the poor website and rigid policies makes the experience less than fun for the adults involved.

Curling tonight was fantastic. Close game all the way. Greg curled in on last rock to promote for 2 and win by 1.

I had a fun time here. Just wish they had more skating time open to the public. Overall the facilities were nice and well kept. Also the staff was pretty friendly.
