Plex HiWire Family Fun & Sports Center

Great place for family and people of all ages! Prices aren't too bad. Staff seems very helpful and not like it's a burden to do their job. The option for ice skating is super. Definitely worth an afternoon out with friends or family to have fun

Called last week about laser tag at the NE location. Was told I could prepay for a certain time/date. Called back to set it up today. Was told no reservations accepted. I'm not driving four rowdy boys from Lexington to NE on a Saturday morning without knowing that they will be able to play. Will take them elsewhere. **Update-I did as suggested below. I called and spoke with Joe. Was still told just to show up. Disappointing.

Hot as hell inside. I couldn't breathe because it was so hot. The price you have to pay they should have AC on for comfort. If they had AC I would rate higher

The music for flight night really BLOWS. Now I see why no one comes. Who wants to jump and have fun to soft whiney mellow music. Who the hell picks the music? How about try playing this year's hottest music not music from 5 to 10 years ago. It's really awful music. Thats why the roller skating rink is packed on Friday because their music is on point. And turn the air conditioner on cooler so kids aren't having a heart attack. There is an aroma of feet in the air, but what do you expect I guess. The employees were nice and quick with sign in. skating rink was cool. Games were working. Pizza was good. They also bribe people into putting good reviews in the hopes they will win free tickets. Will not return because of music.

Absolutely fantastic establishment! Went with a work group to hiwire and had a blast! Wish I could have stayed longer!
