GREAT PLACE!!! I have been seeing Michelle for about 20 years, first with my dog Ginger, had to switch from another groomer down in Essex on Eastern Blvd, her husband, shook my dog in front of me. Ginger still had her pooping issue, she was nervous, but was very relaxed once Michelle took her back. Now my husband and I been taking our three dogs to her for about 10 years, my dogs love her. We lost Maggie, 2 years ago. She listen to how we like them cut, even puts then in the same crate, while waiting to be completed, We will continue using Pawz & Clawz!!!

Michele and her crew have been grooming my babies since we got them at 8 weeks old! My dogs love Michele And we have had nothing but pleasant experiences! So much so, I recommend all my friends to her! I wish I could give higher than 5 stars.

What an amazing experience! My dog is normally timid, but not with this groomer! She made my girl feel so comfortable! We love Harley’s new haircut! We’ll definitely be back!

Horrible place! The lady is rude and she doesn't have good customer service skills at all. This is a business that love money not pets! The way she treated this puppy is unbelievable I never seen anything like it. Please be careful where you take your dogs not everybody is dog lover for some it is just a business. In business you need to know how to communicate without anger and aggression and definitely don't take it out on an animal . How do you toss a dog out because of fleas this is the reason we bring them to the groomers. You need to go take a business 101 class and an find some compassion for animals. This place is the horrible to say the least.

Wonderful experience every time I have been here. I not only bring my own dogs, I have brought in my Mom's dog and my Daughter's dog for them, and now they are loyal customers too. You can never go wrong with a local person who loves animals, and cares about her reputation in the community. What a winning combination! Michelle has it.

Worst experience ever. After showing up to my appointment I decided not to go through with it based on the extremely condescending and rude attitude of the groomer. On the phone I told her I was new to the process. She clearly told me on the phone that I could watch if I wanted and then once I was there she acted like she had never said it and that I should have known better. She also neglected to tell me that I needed to bring my dog's papers and acted like I should have known somehow as well, very rudely, after I'd already arrived. First I pointed out that he had his collar on. When she ignored that I assumed that wouldn't help but when I got home I looked at the tag and it was all on there, every piece of rabies vaccine info. I also offered very clearly to go get the papers after telling her the collar had it but she neglected to 'decide' whether I actually 'needed' them or not and just kept being rude until I had had enough and walked out with my dog. Then she even decided to text message my personal phone more rude and condescending things like how she was only responding to me saying "I hated dog groomers" which I did not in the least say. And is ridiculously childish to accuse me of What I did say was that I had had a bad experience with a vet's helpers doing nails in the past. Very clearly expressed. This woman decided I didn't deserve to be treated well for whatever reason it was. Maybe my tattoos. Maybe because I told her my dog was behind on grooming. Whatever it was there is no chance I would ever leave my Teddy boy with a person like that. Trust is not just handed out. Seriously in need of customer service skills. And common manners when speaking with someone. I frankly wish I could leave negative stars. This woman wasted my time and energy and I already don't have enough to go around. Extremely dissatisfied.

Took my two baby girls for a princess day out! They did a wonderful job! Thank you ladies!! I was there the same day as that girl punched the owner michele in the face and then she picked up the dogs by their fur and threw them on floor before punching the owner. Then once she was escorted out she proceeded to try and kick out the door windows, then took her dogs again by their fir and threw them in the suv. AND NOT TO MENTION ONE DOG WAS PREGNANT also myself and another client were there to hear the entire conversation prior to WOW WOW showing up and assaulting the owner. Also the insurance company employees heard and saw the actions or this young girl.

Awesome customer services and Grooming services very kind and polite and patient! That means a lot because our pets are our babies! Best referral I received from my Isabella vet
