Absolutely terrible grooming done here, highly not recommended. My dog hair was very tangled & I ask the lady at front to cut it all off. I told the lady if my dog doesn’t let himself then don’t proceed. I myself know that my dog doesn’t let anyone trim his face so it’s understandable, all the other groomers in the past weren’t able to trim his face. When I saw my dog face trim it was a surprise. However they did fortunately cut it all off, nevertheless they made a cut on my dog right eye. I did in fact notice the eye a little lower, although that’s usually normal for him after his grooming. Also left red irritation was on all 4 paws & tip of tail. My dog has not stop licking himself because of this. Called back, no answer. I rush to pets smart to get eye drops, & we are now waiting for his recovery. I wish I could of saw the reviews before I went to that place, if you want your dog to stay un-injured then please take your pet somewhere with more care.

After researching so many different affordable options, we left our dog here for a long 3-week vacation. The people running the boarding services are some of the nicest and caring I've met. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable option for our pets.

I get my dog groomed here all the time and they do great work. I boarded my fur baby here once while I went out the country and when I came to get him they lost his bed! How the hell do you lose his bed?! What was he sleeping on. I also prepared exactly enough food for the time I was gone and when I came back he still had food .. leads me to believe they weren’t feeding my dog on the appropriate schedule. I’m writing this review in October 2022 and this happened in June 2022.

Took good care of my sheep dogs and they are stubborn and strong so I'm never shocked if I see a scratch it would be a lot worse if I tried

Horrible experience. If I could give them a zero I would. If I could shut them down I would. Took a shih tzu Chihuahua mix in to be groomed and they shaved him down to look like a rat, plus nicked his leg. When we called the facility to complain about it the woman hung up on my mother, and he's her fur baby. Asked for a refund and she said no keep in mind this visit was a second chance for them. We've taken our dogs there before, 2 years ago and didn't have a good experience so we stopped going. We were trying to give them a second chance. We wil never be going back again. Stay away from this place if you care for your pets. After getting home found out that they had had issues that were reported on the news for animal cruelty. Worst place in town never go again. Update: contacted the store today to see if there was any refund done. Owner got into an argument with mother on the phone again Saying that she did everything correct and that my review was all incorrect. Wish I could post pictures but it won't let me add pictures to this posting

They were friendly and very good with our two dogs. Our German shepherd never been groomed by professionals she did good. Our other dog which is a corgy gave them trouble but they handled her good. Very pleased with them. I will be going back to them

My 5 month husky mix was shave from her double coat when i just asked for bath nails clipped and teeth cleaning the last time i went was fine both girls were cleaned just the shaving part not happy about

Horrible place I took my dog and when I got her back they had shaved her all the way down she had a couple cuts. Do not bring your pets here
