Pet Groomers

The groomers here are always so patient and kind! We had our girl Fable in twice, once shortly after we brought her home and once more recently. On the more recent occasion, we had to ask for a short-notice appointment because our girl was nearing the end of her time and we wanted to make sure she was all cleaned up before we sent her across the Rainbow Bridge. Even though it was difficult to fit Fable into the schedule and it kept her past closing, the groomer at Shampoochies made time for Fable, and she looked so beautiful when we picked her up. I will always appreciate the kindness and compassion that were shown to us in a difficult time. Thank you, Shampoochies!

They did a fantastic job with our Schnauzer. They listened well to our concern and puppy triggers and in the end they said he did great. The cut was expertly done, the nail trim was 100% on par. In total it was $65 and took a little over an hour. We will use them again.

It was the best customer service I have ever had in a dog grooming shop and I have been to about 10 to 15 shop's in Las Vegas and in Henderson. I would recommend Shampoo how's to anyone who needs there dog to get groomed or bathed or just a nail cutting. Cause my dog was full of knot's and very thick hair. And now she is beautiful and groomed to perfection. Thank you to Will and the staff there, they did an excellent job. And to Linda with Street Dogs she works with Will at Shampoochies. Thank you Linda for helping us out and thank you to Will for getting us in a day earlier than said.

Great experience for our fur baby. Great job with grinding of nails. They squeezed us in same day both visits and I really appreciate it. Their prices are great and appreciate the curbside service. Paying a little more details when cutting and doing a once over especially in the face was necessary this visit but didn't realize until we were home and took care of it ourselves.

They were fantastic. I called, they took my big boy within an hour. They even gave him a hot oil treatment. He is so super soft

Our neighbor recommended Shampoochie for our babies and we were not disappointed. They did a great job. Our dogs did not seem at all traumatized or scared when we picked them up, as has happened with a previous "groomer" and I love that when you walk in you can see directly into the grooming area. Nothing is hidden

Always doing a great job. They treat animals with love and respct, as they deserve. Today I opted to try their CBD/Hemp oil product for my anxious Westie. I certainly hope it helps.

Always the best with my mini-poodle-mix! They point out any problems, such as a torn nail, a loose tooth... They treat my puppy like their own. Nice, helpful staff. Thank you, Shampoochies!

These guys took 4 dogs for grooming without an appointment. Dogs weren't stressed when we picked them up and Will was just fabulous!

I took my two buddies to them to get their nails clipped. It took about 12 min's total "For both" to be completely finished. I thought that was fast so I checked out the nails when we got out to the car. They still felt as sharp as needles. I went back in to talk about it. The person inside told me if I wanted them cut short it would make them bleed. Then she said, "But we can stop the bleeding". Now what would you do if someone said that to you with that kind of reply? I said. "A trim like this is hardly worth 13 dollars a dog." I had another appointment already set up for a cut for one and bath for the other next week. I would bet you the cost of that service, "That you wouldn't". take yours back if they were your buddies". "Just like I don't plan to either". They just lost a good paying customer.
