Very helpful and reliable with my payroll. I know in advance when my payroll call will be and who my specialist is so updates or changes i am made aware of quickly and easily through email or a call.

The WORST "customer service" ever! Every single week there are anywhere from 2-10 mistakes with our payroll. Checks are mailed out to wrong locations every week!!!!! And there's never even an apology, not that "sorry" fixes anything but still....it's better than getting "well the girl that does that is on vacation so"....unbelievable! As big of a company as they are, using the excuse that one of their employees is on vacation is the reason why your payroll is all screwed up is unacceptable! Needless to say we have an appointment with another payroll company 1st thing Monday morning! It's not even a 1 star company!

Terrible customer service. If you like to be talked down to and then hung up on, then by all means call this number. The man I spoke with was arrogant to say the least and he ended up hanging up on me. The next person I talked with was no different--apathetic and rude. You're better off figuring out whatever issue you are experiencing on your own rather than calling their "customer service" number.
