Marc Mintz has been my Tech Guru for over 15 years (could be longer). I have been taking his advice and adding his knowledge to my knowledge base. There are techs out there that may judge your "dumb question," but Marc has never given me that impression. His instructions are clear with a step-by-step process. His opinions are right on. He's gotten me out of jams and helped me countless times in my own business. He's the best!

Marc is the best Macintosh technical support person in New Mexico (also, the most highly certified). Marc is not only the most knowledgeable expert, he's also the consummate professional. Always on time, gets the job done, available for emergencies, and explains things so that the complex becomes accessible. If you are a power-user (like if you rely on your Mac or a group of Macs to run your business) there is simply no one better.

For the past 15 years Marc has offered the definitive answers to all that is Mac related, period. Even when Apple care sometimes failed me, Marc had the answers. Best IT services I've found anywhere, and most thorough and definitive solutions. Plus the bonus of friendly and sometimes humorous touch and perspective.

I have hired computer support personnel from other consultants or relied on friends to get me out of computer difficulties but switched to Mark Mintz and his staff back in 2007 when I bought my first MAC. He has supported family usage of iMAC products since 2007. Historic support as included data transfer, troubling shooting, educating us and optimizing security on our home network, and much more. I love his ability to help via remote access on most issues that have arisen over the years and appreciate his timely responsiveness when an on-site visit is required. As a user in my mid 60's who is not at all technically knowledgeable, I truly appreciate the professional and kind manner in which he responds to basic misunderstandings I may have regarding computer operations. In my most recent experience, he provided on-site services within 4 hours of my call by installing and integrating a new computer and modem into the home network, and fine-tuning my security, cloning and encryption settings that had mutated after program updates and upgrades. It took him minutes to do what would have taken me hours to figure out. Whether you have MAC's or Windows products look no further for a great computer consultant and company!

I started learning Mac from Marc 15 years ago. His mentoring and training have contributed significantly to my tech career success. His Practical Paranoia series is fantastic! Highly recommendable!
