Alex did a great job of helping us recover the secretary's computer at my church, including after repair assistance. For my personal computer, he recommended a solution to a problem that avoided repair costs. This is the place to go with a computer problem.

I got my laptop battery replaced by Gigateks. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them if you need help with your computer.

Alex showed me great customer service. He diagnosed the problem quickly, while I waited and replaced the needed parts immediately. Very rare to find such prompt customer service. He also gave me great recommendations for long term solutions for my computer issues. Great turnaround and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Incredibly knowledgable and great customer service. Within an hour of dropping off my PC Alex called to tell me the problem had be solved. He even stayed late so I could pick up the PC the same day. That's great customer service in my book.
