Marvin is first rate. He has the knowledge and skill to find the problem and fix it. He will research and dig until he can solve your computer mystery. He saved me from losing a decade of data. Wouldn't quit until he figured it out. A good guy all around. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Marvin. You da man!

Marvin is WONDERFUL! He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and kind. He sees the glazed look come over my face and immediately knows he needs to simplify his answer!
