Paychex

When I started at my current position over 10 years ago, I immediately requested an outside payroll service. While we have had some minor upsets, the representatives all seem to be interested in quickly fixing what needs to be. I have been moved to a couple of different reps but have worked with our current rep, Jason a couple of times through out the years and really like working with him. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

More Updates: This has actually been incredibly difficult. The amount of back and forth and errors that have happened to add one additional employee has taken longer than setting up the entire account 13 years ago. The manager has been helpful but actually getting anything implemented and working has not been easy. When things are up and running everything seems to work well. But be prepared for some stress if you need to add or change anything. Frustrating last 2 weeks. trying to do fairly normal payroll stuff that really shouldn't be this hard.

Jason is always on top of things, easy to reach if needed and easy to work with. Thumbs up!

Run as fast as you can, they intentionally scam you by lying and hidden fees. Worst company I had ever to deal with.
