AAA San Jose Stevens Creek

Kevin provided me exceptional service when I forgot my water bottle at this location. He called to let me know, and even brought it out to my car. I got an International Driver’s Permit here, and I was in and out within 15 minutes! 5-star service all around!

I always get my car registration here. I used to have to stand in line waiting but now they take your name at the front door and you can sit down and wait to be called to the registration window. It took me less than 5 minutes to get my new registration and sticker. A great alternative to any other way of renewing

Went in for swapping my special license plate on to my new car. I had made a mistake in the application form, which caused a bit of an issue in the process. The agent was very kind and once the issue was identified, she proceeded to complete a new application for me to sign, with all the right information and complete the transaction. Overall, I was very happy with the service at this branch.

I received the worst service ever in my 15 years with AAA at the 5120 Stevens Creek Blvd., San Jose, CA branch. If they tell you Norma will be with you in a moment, immediately ask for another insurance agent. I arrived with my mother, who has a disability and ended up walking back out, getting nothing accomplished and questioning everything that was told to me. It was like being assisted by someone who worked at the DMV, literally the rudest agent that has ever assisted me, maybe even borderline racist. if you don’t want to walk out steaming hot and pulling your hair out of your head, do not end up with Norma, the most unprofessional agent they have at that location. Just my two cents. Save yourself the hassle, anyone else but Norma.

Staffs are very helpful with DMV paperwork. Recommend to be member and use their DMV service.

I don't suggest AAA any longer. Not really customer service oriented. I go to AAA to avoid the stress of the DMV. No longer a better choice. Rude staff and constant up selling. I was forced to renew my membership to get plates ordered 9 months earlier. I did but it was the last $ they will extract from me. My car came with toe service and with the service change no longer a good option. I saw so many disrespected.

Went to get my international driver’s license during busy lunch time on a Friday. Derek was so efficient & helpful. The whole process took 15 minute.

AAA lived up to their name today! A welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, expeditious crew managed my complicated paperwork quickly and cordially. I was Super-pleased with this competent and professional office!

Amazing service! Super fast and highly efficient. I went in for a DMV title transfer and was in and out within 20 minutes. Boy, for the DMV service alone, the AAA membership is worth every penny. I highly recommend AAA!

I would give zero star to this AAA branch. I made it very clear to the agent that I wanted a home insurance for a rental house in Northern California but I would be moving to Southern California and I would like an auto insurance there as well. Nobody told me Southern California AAA is totally run by a different department and I cannot purchase a Southern California auto insurance in Northern California. Nobody told me I would run into the problem of needing a northern membership for the home insurance and additionally a southern membership for the auto insurance. I had to call both northern and southern offices to figure this out. I had to cancel the northern auto policy and went through the tedious processing of buying a new auto policy again with the southern office. All of the pains started with the amateur agent in this branch letting me purchase an auto policy. Avoid this place at all cost.
