No friction. The name doesn’t lie. Bought tires at tirerack.com and picked this place for installation after reading reviews. Surprised to see detailed inspection report online while waiting. Work progress is shown on display. Very recommended.

I've had enough unpleasant experiences with mechanics over the years who see a chick & automatically assume we know nothing about cars to know that no matter how many good reviews a place has, the chances that I'll get an honest assessment, let alone quote, are very slim. After scouring reviews for what feels like every mechanic or car shop across 3 counties most of which have multiple horror stories that include things bolts being sheared off by the inexperienced, high turnover techs...when just changing the oil!, I finally stumbled upon Stree Free Auto Care. I scoffed at the name, not believing it for a second, but...the reviews backed it up. And then I saw something I've never seen in the lower starred reviews for a car place before- respectful, honest responses from the business itself! They OWNED UP TO when things went awry bc they sometimes do - that's life, & even the reviewers say Stress-Free did whatever they could to make it right. Now THAT'S rare!! I popped in, told them what I believe the issue is front brake pads & rotors, & asked if they could give me an assessment & estimate, & if so, when, & how much? I expected to have to schedule it, come back, & the usual rigamarol. THEY FIT ME IN THIS MORNING, not long after I got there I was able to just wait while they took it in! They offered me use of a loaner, &/or a ride home if I wished, while they went over my car, & while those aren't feasible for my situation, it's an EXCELLENT service to offer!! The picture us from their waiting room - I had no idea I could just type in a service on their website & get an estimated range!! Honest, consistent car repair estimates are so very rare, & GREATLY appreciated!! So, I waited while they looked my baby over ... and then I got the text for the brake inspection results & work needed. All I can say is - WOW!! THANK YOU!! Detailed notes on everything they found! Not just the brakes, but the whole car! With pictures of each & every thing they identified! Words can not convey how much I appreciate this! They looked at everything I can no longer get to, & identified everything I would've if I still could! It was all broken out into categories for us, too - 'immediate', 'near future', 'long term/keep an eye on', & 'GOOD'. Now we can plan when to get each issue taken care of, which makes budgeting for it all SO much easier! & yes, the estimates & costs here are on the high side comparatively, but this place is WORTH EVERY PENNY! You truly do get what you pay for here - honest work, reliable estimates, & PHENOMENAL service from true professionals! I was also DELIGHTED to discover that Stress Free Auto Care was completely accessible to me, too! From the handicap parking right by the wicked easy to open door to the restroom facilities to the waiting area! Fully accessible! The guys here are friendly, helpful professionals. It's wonderful to finally find a car repair shop that I can trust!! Thank you Stress-Free Auto Care! You truly did make my experience today 'stress free', & you've definitely earned my business!

I was very happy with the service I received. First time I bring my car here or anywhere since I purchased it early this year. I have an all electric vehicle so I wanted to take it to a place I felt was honest and straightforward. I found this place online and got a good feeling about it. I will admit I was a little nervous about the outcome and how much it was going to cost to get my brakes fixed if needed. They’re straight forward with their prices so you get and idea of how much you’re going to pay. My brakes turned out to be okay so I simply payed for them to check/inspect my car to make sure it was running smoothly. I payed less than 1/2 of what I would have payed at the VW dealer. While they were add it, they took care of small things they found needed attention which I appreciate. Customer service says a lot about a business. I was treated with respect. They’re friendly. These guys are great. Jeremy did my initial inspection and was very communicative. I love the fact that I get a detailed review of my car with videos and pictures. They also sent a link to a live feed where I was able to view my car being repaired. I was quoted a price and was charged accordingly. I will be returning for future auto work. We've visited tires unlimited several times to repair or replace tires. They are always fast and efficient, and the work is great quality. Last week I stopped in because my tire light came on so they checked the tires, added air, and didn't charge me since they couldn't find a problem! Called with a request to find me a specific tire same as one extra I had and install both of them. Got immediate answers on the phone. Dropped the car on the scheduled day, everything was handled quickly as agreed, the car was ready in a little over an hour. The price was very fair as agreed. Great service, I will be coming back!

I went in to get some work done. I needed a replacement on the oil filter housing. These fellows did amazing work!!! They kept me in the loop and I got a fair price. When I asked to see the old parts, they were happy to show me. They're friendly and professional. And the company is Veteran owned so please get your work done here and support fellow Veterans.

On Sept 8 2022, I booked a tire alignment appointment, Jeremy and his colleagues were gracious. Even applied a discount and it came in handy. I came in for a flat repair and based on their expert recommendation was advised to replace the tires as the inner tread was wearing much faster than the rest of the tire. I wholeheartedly agreed however based on my time and available inventory I was not able to service my vehicle on site. Two things raised my opinion- 1st : their concern for my safety. And 2nd- recommendation on the various tires. I left feeling these are very knowledgeable technicians. Good job Jeremy and Jason for your support.
