Goodyear Auto Service Center

Ever since they became Choice Tires their repair quality has gone down hill. Last time we took my daughter’s Corolla for oil change I noticed oil drops on the garage floor. I went to a local hardware store and bought an adjustable wrench. I found the drain plug was loose. My daughter lives in NV but had come home for Mother’s Day. How long has she was loosing oil? Go to a different service center not the one on silver creek

I called ahead they said they could fit me right in, 20 minutes later when I showed up it was going to be over 3 hours to repair a leaky tire

Great service - it took less than 4 hours from my call here to ask with replace one tire to order tire/ deliver it/change, good job!

Excellent service. Found a nail in my tire and they were able to fit me in same day for repair. Highly recommend, I will use them for all my car needs.

Always been treated right by matk khamvongsa for years i been here at Goodyear. mark Always and makesure I got good service at Goodyear that's why I cannot choose different place other than Goodyear. I have visited this service center, for more than few times, in 2019-2021 years. Management here is very humble and professional. Technicians are sincere. In year 2021, Mr.Rodney the store manager understood my car service needs thoroughly, accomodated my schedule, fixed important problem. There was zero intent of false work or rip-off, it was pretty simple and clear. Similarly in 2020, Mr. Mark sold nice tires and accomodated schedule, competitive price. No doubt there is less technicians in 2021 than 2020, which may be pandemic side effect. They try to make things easy for customer. I hope to get same experience in future visits.

Linsey was great to work with!! She's very personable and committed to helping her customers work through their issues in the most expeditious way possible. Several customers came in while I was waiting for my repair and she seemed to really care about each one.

Pulled in to see about getting an oil change. Sign says call the number and someone will come out. Called the number and the guy tells me he is all booked up and only has one guy working,, which is fine and understandable but he just pretty much hung up on me without trying find an available day for me to come out.

I called and went in for a patch on one of my tires that was leaking air. Dan was very polite and helpful on the phone and said come on down. I get there and give him my information they print out an invoice and everything will be done for free no charge. As I'm waiting they have a nice little guest area where you can watch TV, make complimentary coffee or take a free water bottle inside a mini fridge. I would definitely drive out of my way again to get service done at this location.
