This specific Goodyear location on Winchester Blvd has amazing an crew. The guys here are always happy to help with my issues. Always friendly and fast to get the work done. I have been going here for about 3 years for my BMW. I felt it’s about time I write them a review they deserve. I applaud them for their outstanding service.

Darcie YN Fears is the best . Honest and trustworthy. I got them to do a wheel alignment today .Will be coming back for service in the future. I was impressed with her response and service. Manager John at this location was so patient with me. I was so ready to buy a new tire just because I just had a flat tire. He told me and explained to me that he has to inspect the tire first because i might not need a new tire and waste my money. Just for him to be professional and actually cares about his customers not just collect money from me. His excellent service is the reason why I go to this place and recommend to my friends and family..

I knew I needed to replace my tires fairly soon, so when I drove over a large bolt I knew the couldn’t be repaired. I took my car to Goodyear on Winchester by Valleyfair. John showed me the cracks on the side of all the tires, and measured the depth of the tires0-1. Time for new ones. I had expensive tires on my car, but he was able to give me a good deal on the same quality tires but a different brand. Good customer service, thanks.

Goodyear at Valley Fair Service Manager John Visperas was great! They are busy, I called two days prior and set appointment for 4 new tires. Not too pushy and John gave me great price and even helped me submit for tires rebate. I told him I would wait in lobby. Promised in 2 hours and they were done in 45 minutes! I will definitely come back for all my tire services! The road hazard protection, $25 per tire is worth it. Free flat inspections, repairs, and free rotations for life of tires. Thank you Goodyear John Visperas and crew for 5 star service!!

John was a big help. I towed my car there and he kept it overnight. Got the tires in first thing in the morning and had them installed before 10! Great service.

John visperas and Alex elizondo are the two best people . They provide the best service . If you ever have any car trouble you are in a safe place because of them . We need an emergency service and they both became our angels . Very nice and humble people that provide honest and good service.

Went to multiple tire shops which couldn't find the issue with my tire. Stated this to mechanic and he unmounted tire to visually inspect. He found a very small hole. Happy with service. Joseph and guy in front desk were alot of help. Thank you!

Had flat tire and was faraway from home , John Visperas the service manager was super helpful to accommodate an appointment despite a very busy schedule. This helped to get back home and then head to the airport to catch a flight. His kindness and help gave us a lot of peace of mind. Greatly appreciate the service.

I got a flat tire and hobbled over to Good Year… John helped me out and was absolutely amazing! He put my spare tire on immediately and explained to me in depth what needs to happen next in regards to replacing my tires. Very much appreciated. I will definitely be coming back in the future!
