They failed to put my break fluid cap on. They failed to properly install our oil filter and weeks later we had a HUGE oil spill. They failed to put all the screw back on to the bottom drip guard. You better double check everything if you choose to go here. They are nice people, but they are not cateful.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
Simple interaction - Went in for oil change on my Volvo XC60. They don't have oil and filter for the car. Fair enough. Asks me to go and buy the oil and filter from somewhere else and bring it to them for the change. I ask will they charge me less if I do that, they say "Nope, its going to be same".
I have visited many Jiffy Lube’s and this one is by far the best. Great service great staff and I just love how fast and efficient the store is. Thank you so much for your service.Services: Battery
Everytime I go here there a weird vibe. Not sure if management pushed their staff to upsell but when I take my Honda in such as today they wanted to charge me $52 plus plus. They mailed me a coupon and when I mentioned it they said it was still $52 so I pushed a little harder in an attempt to get a fair, accurate quote. A different team member came over and quoted me $38 after trying to upsell synthetic oil which, while superior to 5-30 want what I wanted. Just a weird feeling here and it's pretty much every visit. I alternate between quality tune up on Winchester which I should have gone to, this was neither a fun or enjoyable experience and now I'm worried about the quality of their work given I diplomatically had to push them to be straight and honest with me.
Service is only reason I like Jiffy, but always feeling like a high pressure sales to get you add items and more expensive oil. Had to decline 8 items.... ridiculous.
Got my oil changed very knowledgeable help me decide what was best for the car great experience
They missed around with two care acting like they are cleaning, I usually go to jiffy tube by alamden rd they are the best, this location I give them zero star i never waited this long and I never seen them take this long for one car, they should do a better job!
Back ground checks need to be done on these guys. I brought my aunt to get the oil on her honda civic changed. We drove up and the technicians were standing under the shade of a tree near the entrance to the drive way, and they stood there for about 3 minutes before coming up to the car to ask what services we needed keep in mind the shop was empty, not one car in the garage. Once we were in the waiting room, they asked my aunt to come over to see something. I stayed inside the waiting room and then my aunt came back concerned because of what the technician said to her. They took out the cabin filters and claimed that the air conditioning would not work properly if these were not changed. I told my aunt that I could change them for her at a later date. They then proceeded to tell us that the engine air filter was also not in good working order, not knowing that I had recently changed it. I also reassured my aunt that it was fine and I would check it once we got back to her house. After that they said they would let us know when the car was ready. Once another staff entered the waiting room to charge her and allow her to pay the bill, we were informed that the price was going to be a little more than $100.00. I asked why she was being charged that much and the staff person who wasn’t really involved in the serviec experience until then said it was because the oil was full synthetic. I asked my aunt what oil she asked for, and she said that the technician never asked. I told the staff person that it was not correct to charge my aunt for a higher grade of oil if she was not asked which she preferred. As I stood there and watch the technicians react to the staff who was attending to us bring our concerns to their attention, one of them exclaimed “that’s bullshit”. The technician entered the room and said that they would fix the issue and the group proceeded to blow air at the engine with a compressor and them motion as if they were changing the oil to the correct grade. They then charged my aunt the correct amount and sent us on our way. As we were leaving, one of the technicians who was upset felt the need to come over and say “have a nice day sir”. This was professional, however it felt forced and out of place. Saying “sorry for the misunderstanding” would have been the appropriate follow up to the issue.
Jiffy Lube Stripped out my oil plug and came out and told me I need a new oil pan...the truck is 7 years old and is in great shape, at least it was until I took it to these guys. The "Tech" told me i needed to buy another one and after i looked at him crazy he offered a free plug and replaced it with a wing temporary one. Looked underneath and I have oil all over the place, not even sure they replaced the oil filter. These kids will ruin your vehicle, just changed it yourself or have your neighbors kid do it...you'd be better off.
