Payless Car Rental

Dirtiest rental car I have ever used! And I have done alot of traveling throughout the years. These pictures are from pickup at the airport. Had to use it since no one was there to help at checkout.

Thank you Chelsea for the amazing customer service when our original rental company fell through. You were so generous and sympathetic and that is all anyone can ask for while traveling. You managed the counter all alone with a line and smile on your face. Best rental experience we have had in a long time.

Efficient and friendly however they didn’t give me the compact car I requested and did not tell me it would be a Tacoma truck. Too big for me to drive so the lot attendant put me in a Malibu. All worked out fine but tracking someone down in the parking lot was a pain.

Agent was excellent. Car good. Difficult time finding the car.

We waited an hour in line, had poor explanation on where to find the car Avis not Payless so we searched 20 minutes to even find the car and it was FILTHY, then 10 more minutes in line to get out of the garage. NEVER AGAIN!!! We'll tell everyone of our experience and the rotten customer service we got from Avis/Payless.
