PC Doodle

PC Doodle is awesome! My iPhone screen flaked out on me and the Apple Store said I was going to have to buy a new phone. But Max replaced the screen in an hour for a fraction of what a new phone would cost. This is what hardware support is supposed to be like.

Friendly and knowledgeable computer repair shop that provided a timely diagnosis then repair for my laptop. This issue was covered by a warranty, and the folks at PC Doodle went through several email correspondences to make sure they provided the correct information. Their pricing seemed a bit high, so look elsewhere for bargain repairs.

My HP desk top died without notice. I took it to PC Doodle and they got right on it. My motherboard had failed. It was replaced post haste. Unfortunately the new board failed after 4 days. PC Doodle replaced it under warrantee with an upgrade quickly at no additional cost which was quite fair to begin with. The crew at PC Doodle were friendly, attentive, and competent. I am happy!

my PC keeps crashing trying to play games I UPDATED my drivers too also they made me pay over $100 just to remove the HDD

I mostly donate equipment to PC Doodle and haven't used other services too much. But I've been very impressed with Derek in my interactions with him and would highly recommend this company to anyone for anything they do.

Brought my MacBook Air there after it got spilled by water....they did the diagnostics and said we can repair it for 250 but most likely it might not work or they can try to fix it.... they told me your best option is to replace your motherboard ...I said lets repair the 250 and take the chance..I was a student at the time ...they repaired it and it's power was ON ...used it and failed few days later....went back and paid the extra 250 and replaced the motherboard on the laptop.....Now I paid 500 in total .....couple of weeks later my laptop was not functioning ....took it back and they had no solution.....sketchy business ..sad to say.....basically they took $500 and I believe they but a old motherboard...don't trust them

Great customer service, very friendly and communicative. Unfortunately, they were unable to solve my problem an overheating laptop. However, they were honest about it and didn't charge me for parts or labor, so I would definitely recommend them. Their pricing is really competitive as far as I've seen. I did ultimately take my PC to a different store where I paid 2-3 times as much that was able to completely fix my computer.

I somehow managed to delete ALL FILES from my laptop and then empty the trash. I spent $100 for recovery software online that did not work. THEN I went to the pros at PC Doodle. I got my laptop back quickly with all of my files RECOVERED. I called around and they also had the best price for this scanning/recovery service. Highly recommend.
