I have been testing some computer repair issues with TechGen and am impressed with the responsiveness and the ability to troubleshoot and repair offsite. I know some hardware issues will require onsite IT personal but they do provide a good service. For small companies needing IT support they are a good fit, but those submitting the service request do need some minor computer knowledge/skills. After further use my opinion has changed with a lower score for responsiveness and some initial computer setup issues I am still dealing with. They could benefit most users as a good IT solution.
Great customer service and follow-through. Got me up and running with lots of patience and trial and error!
I am not very tech savvy but the tech was very patient and explained as he went which was very helpful.
TechGen is so incredibly helpful. I’m in the over 60 crowd and technology can be overwhelming! The staff here is always patient and understanding . . . And they get results!
