PDX Mac & Cheese Bar

We like this place. Not sure why so many people are so entitled leaving bad reviews but dude has always been really nice whenever we got food from here. It can get challenging running a business by yourself so please be nicer to the people who are literally serving you food. Now onto the food: absolutely delicious!! The flavor is there, the toppings are great, and it is always hot and fresh. My second pic looks blurry only cuz of the amount of steam coming outta there. The menu is diverse with something sweet for dessert included and everything is very delicious! Highly recommend this. Been a minute since we checked it out but will return soon.

The wife and I went here while staying in Tigard. Loved my sliders the smoked and fried chicken, both were tender and very flavorful. Wife enjoyed the Dirty Mac n Cheese with added ground beef and carmalized onions! The sides of corn were juice. Only downside is our forgotten sauces with our order of Popcorn chicken but otherwise I would visit again!

OMG!! This is the second time I have had The Mac, and every time they don’t disappoint. The food is Phenomenal!!!!!! And very well priced the staff that I have encountered has been extremely extremely great can’t wait to eat more there and show others thank you so much!!!!!!!

The Mac’s food was good. I ordered the 1 pound order of Mac-n-cheese and the Dirty slider with smoked chicken as my protein. All that was missing was some hot sauce, and they had about 5 different brands, but ALL the bottles were empty. When I asked them for more they instantly replied they were out, without even looking. I find it hard to believe they were ALL out. So I say their customer service was meh, that’s a shame too because all the Mac-n-cheese was missing was some Chalula. Nonetheless, the Mac-n-cheese was yummy. the slider was flavorful, I really enjoyed the potato bun they used. Prices are reasonable for the portions.

Holy ! This place is amazing!! The popcorn chicken is good but the chicken thighs is where it's at!!! Mac is just ok and nothing to write home about, but the chicken shines!!! Honestly they should change the name to damn good chicken! Lol This place is a tad expensive but definitely worth it!

Got the mac with shrimp and crab. Price wasn't too bad...flavor was pretty good. It was King crab and meat was kind of chewy but I've never had king crabs so maybe that's normal idk. And I'm from the south so the mac and cheese was a 5.5. But the shrimp was so good. So overall 7.5 for me

The Mac n cheese is just okay, the flavor is missing something. The fries were sad. I ordered fried chicken sliders. The flavor was okay but the cuts of chicken were pretty thick for a slider. Not the best bun to meat ratio.

Asked for recommendations was told I only cook food don't recommend it. Ordered couch potatoes and fried chix thighs. Couch potatoes were very good would definitely share with someone to rich/large for 1 person. Fried chix thighs were very flavorful/well seasoned. Again would share with someone. Customer service sucked but food kind of made up for that. I don't blame him that much if was stuck in a food cart in the pouring down rain I would be very bitter as well. Sorry but I have to be honest.

Quality ingredients from what I can taste and smell, and I didn't get sick meaning they didn't cheap out on preservatives or cheaper ingredients hereditary trait I have. It's overpriced for the ingredients and simplicity of the food, too pricey for me considering I can get better results at home for a fraction of the price with enough to feed a family. I'm sure the extra price is just clout chasing, just like Salt&Straw is.
