Doc is the BEST grounds-keeper and engineer EVER! Always delightful and super helpful. He goes above and beyond every single time I see him. For example, if he sees me walking to the dumpster with trash, he grabs it to take himself. What concierge service! He’s a blessing to this community.

Be warned- Poor sound proofing, you don't want to know what your neighbor's doing at midnight LOL, and roof leak - no one came to repair this for over 2 months - and it floods when it rains

Moved here in July and so far everything is going good. Im writing this to specifically give a shout out to Doc, who came and helped me with my heating issue and changed my filter. He was so helpful and explained to me how it works. Thank you so much Doc your such a good spirit and thank you so much for the help

What I really like about this apartments is the maintenance guy Doc and his service. He’s great at his job and very polite and kind. My apartment is quite old so I see him often, and he provides a perfect service every time and goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are satisfied.
